I’m Maya — a qualified nutritionist and the founder of Pure Pasture.
I started this because I wanted something I could genuinely trust in my own kitchen. Most cooking fats today are industrial, unstable at high heat, and heavily processed. I wanted something simple, traditional, and functional.
Grass-fed beef tallow is nothing new it’s just been forgotten.
Pure Pasture is made from premium Australian grass-fed suet, gently rendered and free from seed oils, additives, or unnecessary processing.
I also chose to make it in a bar , not a jar. No digging around with a spoon. No struggling to portion it out. Just snap off what you need and cook.
As a mother, what I use in my kitchen matters. This is the fat I cook with for my family clean, stable, and rooted in tradition.
